CONSTANT RESOLUTIONS

PAUL: Why are we all so scared to live through our emotions? We all go through life just wanting to feel something but when opportunity presents itself those fucking morals just take over and for some reason we listen to those condescending voices in our heads telling us we don't deserve this or no one will love the "real me." It's all bullshit. Listen up little girls, there are no steadfast white knights on glorious steeds ready and waiting to sweep you off your feet. Nor are there women with supermodel good looks who cook and clean and can still love you for you. It's all a lie. The only way to love and be loved in return in to open yourself up for pain and failure. There is no love unless you know how to hate. But I digress. Life is not a story to tell - it is a story to live through. Gavin ran after her, why? Well, life is about the ride, right?

PLAY OR MUSICAL??

WEB READER RESPONSE:
I like musicals, but then again not every story needs music to tell
effectively.  I would consider why a musical contains music in the first
place.   Hmmm interesting question.  Could Eliza merely have said "I
could have danced all night" or could the phantom just say "listen to the
music of the night?.. well yes but it wouldn't mean as much to the
audience.  On the other hand, could the rumor spread through Anetevka
without the music... yes. Or, thinking of it from a different view point,
could juror number 7 sing the part?

I think you could apply a rule used in drug development when creating a
combination product.  The FDA will look at the safety and efficacy of
each drug individually and then look for an improvement in either safety
and/or efficacy when taken together.
